Your Pet Porte will only work if your cat has been fitted with a microchip.

Unfortunately, at present, some of the older non-standard microchips may not work with this cat flap. You can check to see if yours will work by entering the number in the box below and clicking the “check” button.

You will find the number in your microchip registration form which will have been issued to you by your Vet.

Please note that chip numbers 985140xxxxxxxxx and 977200xxxxxxxxx will work with the Pet Porte, but may have a much reduced sensing range
