Hi there,

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the purchase of the petporte cat door. Ordered it over a weekend and it arrived promptly on the Monday.

After installing I left it on open mode for a couple of days as my cat wasn’t too sure about the new flap. She wasn’t overly confident with the cheap one I had either.

Two days later I put the lock on with an extended time and turned the beep off. She’s now a pro at using it and I’m so pleased the neighbours cats can’t get in anymore! I was dealing with empty food bowls, cats spraying and finding them curled up on the sofa in the morning.

I have my house back and my cat is no longer stressed and nervy.
Fabulous product and well worth the investment.

Even though the total cost of installing and buying the cat flap was just over $600, it has been the best $$$$”s we have spent. Our cat has returned to his happy relaxed self, no more coming home to empty food bowls, and the neigbours cat having sleepovers.

I am very impressed with my purchase of Petporte, excellent service and support. My three cats have adapted well to it and I am so pleased knowing that only my cats have access to my house. The first night it was installed a visiting cat who could not get in sprayed the new cat door in disgust.

Just to let you know that I have had the pet porte installed by Grant from The Cat Door Company and Jordan and Mr Shadman are very happy they took to the cat door first time round – plus they love looking from the inside out at the other cats trying to get into their home and can’t.

So although I am now $800.00 less (having had to replace the glass door which holds the cat door) it was very worthwhile.

Thank you for such friendly answers to my questions and for the help you gave when I had a glitch. Ladies,even if there is no man in residence, scanning in the microchip is a breeze and flap is simple to install yourself. My nervous nellie 14 year old is immediately using it no problem. No more marauders in the house,and from now on and mine can come and go as they wish. I am so pleased I took the decision to go ahead. Thanks again.
