How do I choose the right size for my pet?

Please check the sizing chart on each product, if you're not sure please contact us with your pet's collar measurements and we can help you out.


When will you be getting more of ...... in stock?

We do our best to restock items that sell out. But, sometimes we are unable to obtain additional fabric from our hand-selected designs. However, we do add fabulous new designs each month.


What if I'm having problems placing my order?

We're sorry if you've encountered a problem trying to place an order on our website, please contact us to let us know, we're always happy to help!


When will my order be sent?

We send most orders within 2-3 business days. We're a small business and we hand make each product to order, but we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We send an email with the tracking link, once your order is on its way to you.


Can I collect my order?

Yes, you are most welcome to collect your order from us in Farm Cove, Auckland. Please place your order and payment online on our website and add a note that you would like to collect your order and we will email you the address for collection, when your order is ready to collect.


 What are the delivery options?

In the shopping cart you may select if you would like Signature Required Delivery or Signature NOT Required Delivery. If you choose to have your purchase delivered without a signature of receipt, you are liable for actions thereafter the couriers said delivery.

 Can I send an order outside of New Zealand?

We ship international orders to Australia through FGM International Express Courier (7 to 10 working days), tracked, signature required service for orders up to 1kg $20.00.

What happens if I damage my purchase during use?

Pet Boutique NZ takes no responsibility for damage caused to products purchased from us during use.

Please examine your purchase carefully before use, if there is any manufacturing fault, please do not use the product but contact us and we will send a replacement to you and arrange to get the faulty product returned to us. Only unused products will be exchanged.
