Returns & Exchanges

We're sure that you will love your new purchase from Pet Boutique, but we understand that sometimes a product you order online is not quite what you wanted. That’s why we’ll happily exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the day you purchased it.

We recommend that you follow the product size charts on each product page to determine the correct product size to suit you.

To exchange an item just send us a quick email within 30 days of dispatch of your order and let us know the reason why you wish to make an exchange. Exchanges can only be accepted if purchased directly through Pet Boutique New Zealand and only once we have provided a Return Authorisation Number to you. If you have bought an item via another website or retail store please contact them directly.

We regret that we are unable to refund courier costs, as these are costs we have paid to an independent courier company to deliver your order to you.

Of course, all products must be returned in original new condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags still attached in the original, as new packaging with all the original documents which were included with the original order. The item should be packaged carefully so that it does not become damaged during transit and returned in a courier satchel to our postal address:

Upon receipt of returned goods, TXG trading as Pet Boutique NZ reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if the product does not meet our return policy requirements.

TXG Ltd trading as Pet Boutique NZ takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the item.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, WRONG PRODUCT SUPPLIED

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective product, we will gladly replace the exact same item and we will pay the delivery costs. Simply contact us by email to let us know that there is a problem, return the product to us and once we have inspected it to confirm if there is a manufacturing fault, we will either replace the product or issue a refund.

DAMAGE TO PRODUCT DURING USE

Pet Boutique NZ takes no responsibility for damage caused to products during use.

Please read carefully the enclosed care instructions.

Please examine your purchase carefully before use, if there is any manufacturing fault, please do not use the product but contact us and we will send a replacement cover to you and arrange to get the faulty cover returned to us. Only unused products will be exchanged.
